Писмо с точно такова съдържание е внесено в деловодството на Министерство на финансите (МФ) на 22 декември 2009 г. с входящ номер Вх. № 62 – 00 – 69 от 22. 12. 2009 г. Изходящият номер от секретариата на ССИ е Изх. № 97 от 21 декември 2009 г. Писмото е внесено лично от д-р Теодор Дечев – заместник председател на УС на ССИ, като последното може лесно да се установи с проверка на записите на охранителните камери на министерството.

До този момент в ССИ не е получен никакъв отзив от страна на Министерство на финансите (МФ), въпреки че установеният от Закона едномесечен срок е изтекъл.

Междувременно, във връзка с преговорите за актуализирането на споразумението между правителството, синдикатите и работодателските организации за антикризисните мерки, ССИ потвърди още един път, че държи на предложенията си от месец декември 2009 г. Това е направено с писмо по електронната поща, изпратено в секретариата на Националния съвет за тристранно сътрудничество (НСТС) на 18 февруари 2010 г. в 01:08:03 часа. Последното съобщаваме само като илюстрация на факта, че писмото с Изх. № 97 от 21 декември 2009 г. (на ССИ) и Вх. № 62 – 00 – 69 от 22. 12. 2009 г. (на МФ) е принципна позиция на ССИ, в разработването на която доц. д-р Алексей Петров е участвал дейно.

Изразяваме съжаление за факта, че опровергаваме изцяло съобщението на Министерство на финансите (МФ), но с оглед на огромния обществен интерес, бяхме длъжни да изложим точните факти. Убедени сме, че става дума да деловодна грешка, а не за злонамереност от страна на министерството.
